My original opinions on Qubo shows as seen here (https://qubo-channel.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:IAmThe789Guy/The_5_worst_Qubo_shows_(in_my_opinion)) will be re-written to match up with my current tastes, so some of the things in the old list will be inaccurate.Read more >

So, we got a new schedule today.
And... I have mixed feelings about it.
On the weekday side:
Sure, Harry might be on extremely early now. Sure, Miss Spider and Maggie have switched hours. But the good things I can say about it is the return of Class of the Titans and Rescue Heroes joining the weekday lineup (along with Pet Alien still keeping it's usual slot).
But now, let's get to the main point: the weekend lineup.
What perplexes me are the 8 HOUR reruns of Zoo Clues and Safari Tracks. No, I'm not kidding, 8 HOURS. Sure, they air late at night, but I don't want to sit through 8 hours of boring animal documentaries! (at least in Zoo Clues' case, I like Safari Tracks).
And we have lost 10 shows. Yup, 10, including, but not limited to:
- Denver the …
Oh boy is there a lot to talk about for this set of news!
Let's start things off with the Qubo channel's new schedule. As 2019 gets closer and closer, and The Big Blow Up comes to an end, things start/end with a bang. Making their debuts to Qubo are 2 new shows: Bubu and the Little Owls (from Portfolio Entertainment), and Pirates: Adventures in Art (from DHX Worldwide Limited). Also returning to the lineup is Class of the Titans, even marking the first time it has ever been on the daytime version of Qubo (though it'll still technically be nighttime) since its premeire all the way back in 2009, also returning to the lineup starting April 1, 2019 is Timothy Goes to School replacing Fishtronaut (which Qubo is most likely losing the rights to). Zoo …

Cosmic Quantum Ray and The Davincibles move to Saturdays and Sundays respectively. Gone are Mickey's Farm, The Zula Patrol, Timothy Goes to School, Willa's Wild Life, Pearlie, Being Ian, Sandra the Fairy Tale Detective and Jane and the Dragon.
- 6AM - This is Daniel Cook.

I think one series that should be added is Nelvana's The Berenstain Bears. I mean, with good life lessons, positive characters, and just all around a faithful adaptation of the books, I'd feel like Qubo would be the perfect place for The Berenstains.Read more >
A lot of users (even a couple of admins) posted their opinions on their blogs, so I decided to do the same thing. Here ya go, folks, top 5 shows I really like (even some honorable mentions). Enjoy! :)
5: Rescue Heroes
The plots and animation are decent and most of the names are really clever. I like all the action too, but since it is rated TV-Y7-FV, some of the action frightens younger children. Overall, it's a very great show and teaches lessons about safety at the end of each episode. :)
First off... LOVELY CLASSIC! I also never get tired of Babar's stories and adventures with his family and friends (e.g. Zephir), however, I found part of the series premire very frightening and I thought that children needed a parent to watch that …Read more >

I feel like sometimes, I have to express my hatred.
For you see, whily Qubo does have quality kids' shows, some of these series are....below quality.
Here are 5 series which I think are well below quality, at least to me.
Kicking off this list is Dive Olly Dive, and hoo boy, what a way to start. I mean, the CGI is just downright ugly. Just watch an episode and you'll see. On top of....disgusting CGI, the characters themselves don't sound right. For example, Olly and Beth sound like they were voiced by children (though this could be the case). Heading back to the CGI, some of the characters look freaky, such as those two humans, that otter that appears frequently, and that crane.
And don't even get me started on the episodes themselves. I remember thi…

SOURCE: tvguide.com As we start heading into the middle of summer, July 30th, 2018 creates a mark in Qubo's history, and that is The Big Blow Up! Two new shows started off this big event: The Davincibles and Cosmic Quantum Ray, both premeired at 8PM and 9PM (Eastern) respectively. Also in this schedule, Stella and Sam made its debut to the weekday lineup. Also returning to the weekday lineup included Dive Olly Dive, Babar, Stickin' Around and Grossology. Speaking of returns, Thomas Edison's Secret Lab and Warren Buffett's Secret Millionaires Club returned to the lineup in general on Sundays! But best of all, some classics returned and got better timeslots in primetime hours! Pippi Longstocking, Pearlie, and even The Zula Patrol returned to the…Read more >

Today, Ion Media announced that 8 new shows would premiere on Qubo, including:
MADELINE - Never before has such a clever, adventurous and mischievous little girl withstood the challenge to entertain generation after generation in such grand style. Continually faithful to the spirit of the classic children's literature series by Ludwig Bemelmans, these richly-textured period pieces capture the exotic spirit of Paris in the early forties.
MONSTER MATH SQUAD - “Monster Math Squad” stars Max, Lily and Goo. While they may not be the biggest, or bravest (or even the brainiest) monsters on the block, the squad loves nothing better than to put their monster minds together and use their math skills to overcome any obstacle they face... even ones with…

THIS IS FAKE INFORMATION! PLEASE RESPECT MY OPINION ON 1998 NATURE CAT! QUBO ISN'T REALLY GOING TO AIR THIS - yet....
Since PBS Kids lost rights to Nature Cat in 2021, Qubo adds the series back on public television!
Nature Cat is a TV Series that premired on PTV (now known as PBS Kids) in 1998. It was cancelled in 2000, and Toon Disney aired the series, then it got cancelled in 2004. The show returned in 2015, when WTTW revived the series.Read more >

Yes you heard correctly. The bird really IS the word. What is that bird you may ask? It’s none other than Qubo’s most recent show on its lineup, Chirp .
Chirp is about a yellow bird of the same name, and his two friends, Squawk and Tweet, and the adventures they go on using their imaginations. In every episode, a mail squirrel gives the birds an item (a fan, ping-pong paddle, clock, etc.), which they then take to a dog named Sparky, who lives next to the treehouse they live in. Sparky then explains the item to the birds and tells them how it works, so they can continue their adventure. And every so often you’ll see a Vole Brother or two trying to get an apple (and failing).
What you’ll notice is that this is another one of those Qubo shows w…

Over the past couple of months, Qubo has become a pretty glitchy network. But quite a bit of times, there has been many screen bug errors with the Night Owl's screen bug airing at 6AM, which is when the block is supposed to end and transition to the regular Qubo. One time in May, This is Daniel Cook was shown with the Night Owl screenbug airing, and there was also a report that the E/I bug was also missing.
Not only that, but yesterday they did it again, but things get even more interesting this time! First off, the Night Owl screenbug aired during TODDWORLD of all shows, which is something you would never expect to air late at night. Second, they rated it TV-Y7, which means that the program is for ages 7 and over. ToddWorld teaches prescho…
